Born and raised in the Philippines and have been living in San Francisco for 12 years, I'm grateful to have been exposed around two cultures that can sometimes clash with my day-to-day life. Working for Green Heart Foods has been some of the most rewarding experiences for me. To be surrounded by people who care and help each other grow is such a privilege and I'm grateful to be a part of it.
When I'm not at work you can find me playing drums in my rehearsal space, or out in the city riding my bicycle. One of my favorite things to eat in Green Heart Foods is the Kale Caesar salad with the Vegan Caesar dressing, I prefer less kale and a whole lot of dressing!
