Growing up, eating a meal with my family and friends has been the thing I look forward to most in my day. There's something about good food that takes me away from life's routine and puts me in the moment. I'm reminded of how lucky I am. The opportunity to share and contribute this feeling to others is incredible. I'm able to source local ingredients and embrace seasonality on a daily basis. For this, I love what I do!
My favorite part about working at Green Heart is definitely the team! I am surrounded by unbelievably talented people, and learn something new every day. I also really love the cookies.
