Green Heart Foods CEO, Lisa Chatham, founded the business in her home kitchen with a passion for food and a desire to make a difference. The business took off immediately with word-of-mouth referrals. After years of outgrowing kitchens, Green Heart Foods now has a state-of-the-art kitchen facility in San Francisco. The Green Heart Foods headquarters is a study in making a difference in the food ecosystem while curating a satisfying workplace. Our employees enjoy some of the same perks our catered guests experience: a yoga room, beautiful lunch buffets, and a healthy work environment. We see first hand how culture affects the quality of work.
We know that what we do has an impact on our environment. That is why we partner with 3Degrees to off-set the carbon impact of our cooking and Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) to off-set our electricity usage. We also contribute annually to the Pachamama Alliance, a global community committed to creating a sustainable future while protecting indigenous peoples and lands.
