Lunchtime became my favorite part of the day in May 2012 when I was lucky enough to get my mouth on  some of California's freshest foods at Green Heart Foods. I got to access foods that were new to me that I now wouldn't want to live without. My desires towards food has changed. All fresh greens are heaven with the exception of the devilish cilantro. I crave lentils and farro and couscous, oh my! But, I still look most forward to cookie day and I'm grateful for the highlight of learning how to make every cookie we have a recipe for.
